
Paddle Board Yoga | Sasamat Lake

Program Overview:
If you’re looking for a relaxing, unique, and refreshing way to start your Sunday morning, this event is for you. Join us at the beautiful Sasamat Lake for a Paddle Board Yoga session surrounded by nature. After meeting at the parking lot and inflating our paddle boards, we will head out onto the water and enjoy a beginner-friendly yoga class led by Professional Yoga Instructor.
The yoga session will last approximately one hour and is designed for all experience levels. No previous yoga experience is required. The goal of this event is to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the lake, improve balance and mindfulness, and spend a relaxing morning with friends.
After the yoga session, participants are welcome to enjoy breakfast that they bring with them while relaxing on their paddle boards or along the lakeshore.

• Air Pump (for inflatable SUPs)
• Appropriate clothing for water activities
