In this program, we gather in a peaceful and beautiful outdoor setting to practice simple, beginner-friendly yoga movements. Together, we focus on breathing, stretching, mental relaxation, and connecting with nature. This is a great opportunity to step away from daily stress, recharge, and enjoy a refreshing morning with a friendly community.
This session is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and no prior yoga experience is required.

Level: Open to all levels (beginner-friendly)
Capacity: 20 participants
Fee: Free
