SECTION 1 – INTRODUCTION
Membership is open to individuals aged 19 and above who agree to the organization's principles, code of conduct, and safety guidelines.

SECTION 2 – ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION AND RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The undersigned expressly acknowledges understanding and accepting the inherent risks of participating in Mungeh programs, including but not limited to serious injury or death resulting from terrain, weather conditions, wildlife, natural disasters, transportation, and physical exertion. I voluntarily accept all risks and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or loss that may occur to myself, to my property, or to third parties as a result of my participation.

SECTION 3 – WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself, my heirs, dependents, legal representatives, and agents, hereby waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless Mungeh Eco Tour Association, its officers, directors, volunteers, employees, program organizers, and agents, from any and all present or future claims, demands, actions, or damages arising from personal injury, property loss, or death resulting from my participation in the activities. Additionally, I understand and agree that the organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to my personal property during the program. Furthermore, I agree not to pursue legal action or hold Mungeh Eco Tour Association liable under any circumstance for incidents related to my participation.

SECTION 4 – HEALTH DECLARATION
I certify that I am in good physical and mental health and capable of safely participating in all planned activities. I do not have any condition that would impair my ability or increase risk during participation.

SECTION 5 – EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Mungeh program organizers and volunteers to make decisions regarding necessary medical care on my behalf, including transportation to a hospital or medical facility. I accept full financial responsibility for any associated costs.

SECTION 6 – PHOTO AND MEDIA CONSENT
We understand that privacy is important. During Mungeh programs, photos and videos may be taken to capture the spirit of the experience. We make every effort to select respectful and high-quality images for use in our promotional and informational platforms such as social media, our website, and publications.If you prefer not to appear in photos or do not wish for your image to be shared online, please inform the program leader at the beginning of the event. While we do our best to accommodate such preferences, participants are responsible for making their wishes known in a timely manner. By default, participation in the program implies consent to appear in group photos unless otherwise communicated.

SECTION 7 – ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT
I confirm that I have read and fully understood the contents of this waiver and release. I agree to its terms voluntarily and acknowledge that it shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
