Camping Program
Birkenhead Lake
May 30 & 31, 2026
Event Date: May 30, 2026
If you’d like to spend a different kind of weekend surrounded by nature, by a beautiful lake, and with a friendly group of people, this trip is for you.
This time, we’re planning an overnight camping trip with paddle boarding, swimming, group games, relaxing by the lake, and a cozy evening gathering together.
We’ll try to coordinate carpools and share rides as much as possible.
If you don’t have a car or if you have extra seats available, please let the trip leaders know in advance.
There’s no need to bring your own tent — Mungeh will provide tents for everyone.
However, if you prefer to use your personal tent, please contact the trip leaders ahead of time.
If you don’t have a Paddle Board, you can simply select the Paddle Board option at the bottom of this page before registering, and Mungeh will bring one for you.
Program Details:
On Saturday morning, we’ll meet at the gathering point and head together toward the campsite.
After arriving and having breakfast, we’ll set up the tents together and then head to the lake for swimming, relaxing by the water, or paddle boarding.
After lunch and some rest time, we’ll have a few fun group games and activities. Of course, if anyone prefers a quieter experience, there will also be plenty of free time for relaxing, photography, or walking around the beautiful nature nearby.
At night, we’ll have dinner together, enjoy conversations, and spend time in the peaceful atmosphere of the campsite.
Due to the current Fire Ban, wood fires are not allowed, but we will have a gas Fire Bowl with us so we can still enjoy a warm and cozy gathering.
The next morning, after breakfast, we’ll pack up the tents and head back home with lots of good energy and great memories to start the new week refreshed.
(Since Paddle Boards can be used by two people, if you don’t have one, it’s enough for only one person in your group to select the Paddle Board option so you can share it during the program.)
Required Equipment:
• Sleeping pad or air mattress (preferred)
• Sleeping bag
• Warm clothes for the night
• Sunscreen
• Water-friendly shoes or sandals
• Personal hygiene items
Meal coordination will be arranged after the participant list is finalized.
