Mungeh Eco Tour Association – Rental Policy
1. General
By renting equipment from Mungeh Eco Tour Association (“Mungeh”), you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Mungeh is a non-profit, community-based organization, and rental services are based on mutual trust and responsibility.
2. Eligibility
- Rentals are available to both members and non-members.
- Mungeh reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
- Valid contact information must be provided.
3. Rental Period
- Each rental day is defined as 5:00 PM to 5:00 PM the following day.
- This period is considered one full rental day.
⚠️ Late Returns:
- If equipment is returned later than the agreed time, an additional full day will be charged.
4. Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Prices are calculated per item, per day.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Up to 48 hours before the rental start date: No penalty
- Less than 48 hours before the rental start date: The full amount will be charged
⚠️ Notes:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through the user panel.
- All cancellations must be reviewed and approved by Mungeh admin.
6. Damage Deposit
- Official Mungeh members: No damage deposit required.
- Non-official users (guests): A refundable damage deposit between $50 and $200 may be required depending on the equipment.
7. Equipment Responsibility
- The renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received.
- Any damage, loss, or theft will result in repair or replacement charges.
8. Late Return
- Late returns will be charged as an additional full rental day.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Mungeh is not responsible for:
- Injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from equipment use
- Improper or unsafe use of equipment
Users accept full responsibility for usage.
10. Right to Modify
Mungeh reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
